Important Notice

Dear Valued Clients,

We are writing to inform you that Real Exchange (REX) Limited will be implementing an orderly wind-down of its regulated VFA services in connection with the expiry of the MiCA transitional period on 30 June 2026.

As a result, REX will cease regulated client-facing services by the applicable deadline and will not continue providing VFA or crypto-asset services unless the required regulatory authorisation is obtained. This process is being carried out to ensure the orderly protection and return of client assets.

Key dates

From 15 June 2026 REX will stop accepting new registrations, deposits and buy/sell orders. Client accounts will be placed into withdrawal-only mode.

By 30 June 2026 You must withdraw all remaining crypto-asset and/or fiat balances from your REX account. Normal platform withdrawal functionality will be closed after this date.

What you need to do

Please log in to your REX account as soon as possible and:

  1. review your remaining balance;
  2. confirm that your account details are up to date;
  3. submit your withdrawal request before 30 June 2026;
  4. contact our support team immediately if you experience any issue with the withdrawal process.

Withdrawals may be subject to standard security, KYC, AML, sanctions and ownership verification checks.

Residual balances after 30 June 2026

If you do not withdraw your full balance by 30 June 2026, any remaining balance will be treated as a residual client balance.

Residual client balances will remain recorded as client assets and will be held separately from REX's own assets. Such balances will not be used for company purposes.

After the closure of normal platform withdrawals, any request to recover a residual balance will need to be made through a manual refund process. Manual refund requests will be subject to renewed identity verification, AML/sanctions checks and confirmation of ownership.

Your complaint will be handled in accordance with REX's complaints handling procedure.

Data and records

REX will retain client records, transaction information and personal data for the period required under applicable law, regulatory requirements and the Company's data retention policies. For further information, please refer to our Privacy Notice or contact us at support@kyrrex.mt

Please take action as soon as possible and complete your withdrawal before 30 June 2026.
